US Shipping Information
All U.S. orders are free shipping if you spend a total of $200 or more.
All U.S. orders are sent out within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following week. Tracking is provided once the item is shipped.

For all domestic shipments:
Orders under $200 = $9 Shipping Rate
Orders that subtotal $200 and over = FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
International Shipping Information
For all International Shipments.
Taxes and Duties are included at checkout and you will not be responsible for paying additional fees. The shipping cost will change based on your delivery destination.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order and return your current full priced item for a refund.
Orders & Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, RETURNS ARE EASY at Almina Concept.
Please ensure all items are not worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. It must come in the original condition it was sent.
Items must be returned with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

How To Complete Your U.S Return
1. If for any reason you wish to return an item, within 10 days of your order delivery.
2. Items must be received at our warehouse within 10 days of your RA issue date. We will provide you with a shipping label. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
3. Pack your items securely with the original packaging (if possible). Include the packing slip that was sent as well and circle the item you would like to return. Please note: all return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tag. There will be a further deduction for damaged goods.
4. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund approximately within 14 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
5. We do reserve the right to not accept damaged merchandise.
International Returns
We do not provide international return labels. A handling fee will be deducted from your return. If received past the 45 day after the return has been authorized you will automatically receive store credit with the handling fee deducted. Please note that duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
Cancel Or Change My Order
We are unable to amend the contents of an order after the payment stage.
Final Sale
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return, or refund. Styles marked as “Final Sale” on the product, and in your cart at checkout are not eligible for return or refund. As stated in our return policy, all sale items are final once purchased. We recommend double-checking size, fit, and item details before placing your order, as these items cannot be modified after purchase.
